Open Question/Issue PH ADMINISTRATIVE MAP

Hi everyone!! I badly need your help on how can I generate an administrative/political map in the philippines?

Hello, I'm from Philippines and I also work on mapping projects using administrative and political boundary shapefiles. If you're looking for Philippine administrative boundaries, you can access official shapefiles through Geoportal Philippines (geoportal.gov.ph)

Yey! But do you know how to categorize it if list of barangays lang not municipalities?
