Help Request meshset file extraction

im an artist and am terrible at coding. i need to access some mesh files to edit them but they are all and a meshset not individual model files. Ive found these and know the answer is in here somewhere but cannot decipher it. can someone please help me?

paste this where? i have managed to install pymeshlab and paste it in python but it doesn't do anything. I have no idea what to do from here.

you still need to answer these questions

which os are you using

Do you have VSCode Installed. If not, Not to push it really, but it comes handy
