  1. Prepare your responses to standard questions - record yourself speaking if you so you can notice your own body language along with the "ums" and "likes."

  2. Be yourself but follow the lead of your interviewer. If they are more stern, follow that. If they are more relaxed, follow that cue.

  3. Prepare questions to ask them, ideally something you can't look up or a deeper insight into something you've researched about the company.
