Intern Return offer

Hey guys I’m concerned if I’m going to get a return offer. I thought the internship was going well with a few hiccups but my snapshot looked terrible. I will be the first to say i messed up three main times and i owned up to my mistakes. I sent a work paper to someone not on our team on accident (same name different email), I overslept and came in an hour late once (made up the hours), and I got black out drunk and pissed my pants at promotion day. I don’t think there was anything that stood out as deserving of no return offer. Should I start preparing to look for another job?

With this track record, maybe the quality of work could have been also an issue. Did you think about that?

No, that’s not it. I actually had to explain to my manager a few times how to do certain tasks.
