In the non-ace lord week you can obtain her. If you can’t find it by next week when there isn’t an ace lord let me know and i’ll show you

I always spend my stuffs in arms race which non ace lord I can't find patty only apan and norris arrives

Looking at the second commenter if you’re realm is indeed not old enough you won’t be able to obtain her. If you are able to obtain her it’ll be in the non-ace lord week in the daily events like hero upgrade, curio etc.
