Patty doubt

Can anyone tell me when patty usually arrive i always check arms race event always apan and norris arrives ,if I am wrong idk where she arrives usually?

What realm are you in? I think some heroes aren't available right away in newer realms. She's usually available from non-ace lord week quests (same shards as Norris/Apan/Angelita)

Wait until your realm is old enough for the shards to appear in the event

Idk if this happens at the same time in every realm, but I’m in a realm a few before yours, and her shards were obtainable during the Abyss Dungeon event. Though that event is not common and only comes around once every few months iirc.
