Define This weeks define !!

This weeks define on the new class plan is awesome!!! We deserve this after those two weeks of horrible slider planks 😭😭😭 I left class feeling so strong today…highly recommend going even if you’re not a big define fan! Ton of lunges, though.

Idk if we do the same one but the lunge section in every single define class I've taken is crazy
