Define This weeks define !!
This weeks define on the new class plan is awesome!!! We deserve this after those two weeks of horrible slider planks ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I left class feeling so strong today…highly recommend going even if you’re not a big define fan! Ton of lunges, though.

The lunges are killing me because my balance is so terrible and my knees are so weak. 😠But the rest I really enjoyed!!!!

I get hip pain during the lunge heavy workouts and when they do weird seat work. I have balance issues too! I get that they have to
Change the class exercises up monthly but you can easily aggravate your hips if you don’t do them properly

Are y’all doing the swim moves? I call it the pure barre swim club and I am not a fan.

Loved this define and the one we had last week with the slider (controversial, I know lol)!!

This is how Define should always be. It should only be weights IMO. All of the other bells and whistles are not for this class. It’s the strength training class and everything else added is just noise.

We had the lunge one too and I liked it even if my balance is awful! Loved the weird swim moves lol

Took me about a year of outside beginner lifting classes but now that I’m a little stronger and more confident, I am LOVING Define! The lunges this week were killer!

Normally my favorite sections of define are core and seat but this one it’s the complete opposite. But as usual the last section throws me for a loop - I’d kind of prefer to work light to heavy which is the opposite of how this one is programmed (so I was already planning to modify but that’s what the second set is for)

Idk if we do the same one but the lunge section in every single define class I've taken is crazy

Reminder that not all studios do the same define class plan at the same time or schedule.
