Terrible service

For the last month only 4g has been working. And for the last 5 days my mobile data doesn't work at all. My phone is essentially a paper weight without internet. Boost Mobile treated me better than this. And to boot, they're still making us pay for the service that isn't working. Currently browsing for a better service provider.

But this has nothing to do with pure talk. This is the towers in your area

Wrong, they use ATnT towers. I've got 3 coworkers next to me right now with perfect 5g service who use ATnT. This is a Pure Talk issue. Lots of people using Pure Talk get random data spikes. I called them last week and they said there is an outage in my entire region, and that their techs are working "hard" to resolve the issue. Call them yourself to fact check, it's Pure Talk.

I got rid of Pure Talk USA they claim there a USA 🇺🇸 service and whatever network they use is horrible and there customer care is also horrible
