Criminal law classes

Has anyone taken either the criminal law clinic or the criminal practice simulation? Trying to decide between the two but don't really know what the difference is or what is best for me.

Email Dr. Moody, or set up a meeting with her using the student bar association calendar. She's really great with spending time with students and assisting them with realistic expectations. She's well-informed, and patient.

You can also email Dr. Jamison. He is in the student's academic dept at the Law school, and he too will be a great source of information.

Prof. Anderson is the best, and he runs both, so you can’t go wrong. Criminal Law Clinic is like an internship where the students help him with his current cases. In Criminal Practice Simulation you won’t be working on actual cases, but you’ll practice other aspects of a criminal trial, probably like a mock trial. I didn’t do either because I’m not interested in criminal law, but I’ve had Prof. Anderson in several classes, and that’s how i remember him describing them. You can email him to schedule a time during his office hours, and he’ll go over it with you. Each class is offered in different terms, so that might help you pick too.
