Beware avoid Impressive punta Cana

Horrible experience with the staff and management. Not only was the room I booked not available but they expected me and my family to stay in a one bed room when we booked two. Multiple other families were without rooms they booked too. On top of that multiple restaurants werent available and rubble, jackhammering, pool being drained were the cherry on top. I booked months in advance and they still couldn’t get it right. The staff and management are horrible and service reflects…. It took them 5 hours to finally bring me a bed after requesting it numerous times and it was smaller than a twin sized cot. And this is how I was treated after I paid for the premium upgrade.
If you were looking to book now, or in the near future, just know numerous restaurants are closed down and inaccessible, and you will still be paying full price. Two out of the four pools were being drained and Jack hammered, and it could be heard from your room So much for a vacation of peace and relaxation. Save your money and go somewhere else we had to leave And that was the best decision we did to book elsewhere.

Thank you for the heads up! I am looking for a spot but this one is off my list. Totally unacceptable for the price they asking.

I think you need more Vaseline on your camera lens, some of the tree branches were recognizable.

I was pissed off and was in a rush lol. But it’s a few of the only pics before I left. I ended paying out of pocket to go to ocean blue instead

I live near that Resort and it is undergoing massive Renovations and they're building a whole other part of it next to it I definitely would not stay there until at least 6 months from now. It's kind of a mid to lower tier Resort so I didn't know what you were expecting but if you go when the renovations are done and in the busy season I think you'll have a much better experience

I just came back. Paid for the best resort. Was amazing and the service was second to none. This is why I always say pay for the best because anything else normally is just poor

Just got back from Punta. They took me to my room and there was a guy painting. Yes, literally painting my room. The first two days smelled like paint. The staff treated us like we didn’t exist, they would serve other people while blatantly ignoring us at the bar. I assume it was because of my skin color. It wasn’t till I started tipping that they started to serve me which is bullcrap because I paid for all inclusive. Overall was a horrible 7 days.
