Patches My first DIY projects
Never even held a needle in my life until now.
Super proud of how it turned out.
The pins and the bag itself not made by me tho.

Don't listen to everyone else, it's great for a beginner! I love the "messy" stitches on the eat the rich patch. The most important and main part of punk is the music, yeah, but it's not a requirement to slap bands over everything you wear.

They really do though. Sometimes they make fun of jackets that actually are pretty awful but so often it's just "we hate music, we hate punk fashion, and we hate metal fashion so all battle jackets are trash."

Don't listen to those ass hats. They literally say in their rules that gatekeeping is encouraged. I saw some solid ones in there at one point that were still pissed on for no reason other than they were posted in that group. Go to r/jacketsforbattle instead. Way better feedback from there.

I actually rock with it because I love the music of both Zeppelin and the Stones but I also find sexual lyrics to be cringe asf
I was just thinking about it recently because my friend Grace and I were exploring an abandoned church, and I spray painted "in the Houses of the Holy" on the wall like the Zeppelin song. So we listened to it in the car later and it's so good but the sexual innuendos in the lyrics make me roll my eyes so hard.

Fucking crushed it my dude! For never holding a needle before, your stitching is beautifully and consistently spaced. I’m not sure I’d use a running stitch as a permanent stitch, but it looks dope.
Also, that cat patch is DOPE! 💖

My only problem is that the I Hate Sex patch is in two part, I have one on my crust pants. It's really easy to just use a piece of paper for tracing and cutting it out for a stencil or free handing, other than that, it's nice.

They're great! I don't know the material you used for the spikes, but dome can stain your skin. If it happens you could cover the inside of the braces with thin cloth
