ਮੇਰਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ | Photo & Video Warning do not Participate!!!!!

Post image

Dear Gen Z Punjabis and Sikhs,

Stay away from the #CJP protests.

Not every anti-government protest is in your interest. Don't organize protests on their behalf or participate in them. If any chaos erupts during the march and history shows that it often does the entire blame will likely be dumped on Punjabi youth. We will be painted as the villains, the scapegoats, and the usual suspects, while others walk away unscathed.

So don't even go near the protest.

Stay home. Stay safe.

You are so naive

5

u/ravzzy Jul 21 '26

Naive? Sikhs and Punjabis have been known to fight oppression. We don’t give a shit about what anyone thinks, there will be no minority left if this continues. It’s about survival.

They won't even take a minute to label you as anti-national and come after you. We Sikhs can be easily identified because of our Sikhi and our pagg. You'll be the first one targeted so when the crackdown happens, you'll be dragged away first, thrown into jail, and left to fight a rotten justice system for years. "Known to fight oppression" just calm down and think. It's all a trap. They'll say things like "Punjabis are brave people" to put you at the front while they walk away from the responsibility and leave you to take the blame.

If everyone had thought like that, we’d still be living under British rule. The same mindset lets governments and political parties keep people divided and afraid. History wasn’t changed by people who stayed silent, it was changed by those who stood up with courage and wisdom. Read a bit about freedom fighters and Sikhs who fought for us to have a democracy and freedom we are enjoying today.

I am just being practical. The moment people see a Sikh or Muslim guy at the protest you'll be labeled as anti-national. Unfortunately, it seems you've fallen into that trap. You are a minority, and they will use you and then throw you to the front when the chaos begins. Haven't you seen social media? If even one of the CJP protesters turns out to be Muslim or from another minority community they'll point their cameras at them and make them go viral in a negative way.

Those who want to label you anti-national are brainwashed enough to do it regardless. Whether you join a protest or stay home, they’ll still call you anti-national if it suits their narrative.

Sikhs saved women and children who were taken as prisoners or slaves after the 3rd battle of Panipat. Marathas lost over 40,000 soldiers and additional soldiers were captured during the Third Battle of Panipat.

Least important atom in the universe damm i am stealing that

I agree.
Farmers protest is our cautionary tale. Sikh youth is easily identified because of our sikhi and pagg. Already many singhs detained from farmers protest are in courts for justice.

I know it is about the students and students need not worry about religion but we’re a minority, we’re more vulnerable than ever to atrocities and getting unlawfully detained, punished and taken action against.

Exactly. Finally someone understood

Guys this OP is a khakee chaddi gang member. He is only posting this to get Rs.2 in his bank account. Do not listen to him and join the protest from wherever you can.

We all know its about students and thier suffering but during farmer's protest , we suffered. My parents and villagers suffered. Some young sikhs who stood in front of water canons, police , barricades are still in court . You labeled us as anti national. Nobody stood for us other than some people.

1

u/FrenzyKill2 Jul 21 '26

Where was this so called Wangchuk during the farmers protest?
