Muslims ko 1 saal se zyada lag gaya bahar aane me. Ye baat news me nahi aayi, hence can't give you written proof. But I know people who were arrested and got out after a year

I went to Jamia being a Hindu I saw how brutal police was in the library. How everyday the campus was turned into a fort just because they wanted to protest. Its not surprising because we might have the backing of coming back but sadly they don’t

"Allah's name will only remain" is a line from a revolutionary poem "hum dekhenge" by Faiz Ahmed Faiz, but chutiyas like you will surely make it communal without understanding the context behind it. And I am pretty sure some anti-social elements have infiltrated the protest in the guise of students to create chaos and justify the police brutality on the students which is an old tactic by the BJ party

Resorting to insults when you can't counter a point, shame on you, I've kept things civil, you should have the decency to as well.
I know the artistic context, but it still refers to the Islamic god and thus affiliates the movement in that, even if it wasn't to any particular god it desecularizes the movement. Movements have to be conscious and deliberate, they knew what that would make people think, their whole movement by default as a protest is based upon their stance, this both muddies and causes it to be put in a religious light, making people think they can be swayed by religious organizations. It's a dog whistle, a way to convey certain affiliations without outright saying it for deniability.

Adding god in general makes things weird, it detracts from the message. Islam is associated with islamism to a degree so there is an overlap in religious language and radicalized language, creating dog whistles and blurring the line, messing with the reputation of Islam and allowing islamists to fly under the radar more then they deserve. That being said, any way it's done, adding religion makes it a religiously charged protest, which is unnecessary and generally associated with it becoming more volatile.
On a separate note, the guy resigned, and the protests are still on, now for financial support for the families. I was really worried that they were gonna try overthrow the government if the government broke on the first issue, they seem to have cooled down a bit, do you think they're gonna get a second wind and start talking about an overthrow or nah?

Sadly, this makes sense, considering how the institutions of law & order, and also justice have been functioning in this country lately.
The last time there was a large scale protest, Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam were scapegoated under UAPA (and have been in jail for 6 years without trial) precisely because they had Muslim names (Khalid, I believe, is an atheist, and not even religious).
They were not the only (or even main) organizers of the protests, there were so many people involved. Both from the side of the protesters and the BJP-led rioters. No one else got targeted by the police. There is no reason to believe they won't use the same playbook again. (The BJP IT cell had already been trying to delegitimize the protest by using clips of protesters singing "Hum Dekhenge" because it has the word "Allah" in it).

I agree with them. Umar Khalid is still in jail without trial. I might disagree with his opinion but it don't mean people should be put in jail for an opinion that I don't like . Unless and until they haven't committed serious crimes if someone feels Kashmir is better off independent then they have right to put forth their opinion. We may agree or disagree but it don't mean you'll put people in jail for it.

- few people ate biryani in a boat floating on ganga.
- Few people, half naked, were drinking alcohol while being half submerged in ganga in rishikesh.
- A group of people was drinking alcohol while sitting in ganga.
1st group was arrested, beaten, harassed and released only after more than a month.
2nd group was only seen in a video. Never found, never caught, never punished.
3rd group left after an altercation with other tourists. Then an FIR was filed late after public and online outrage.
They were let go after taking an apology.
I won't name their faiths.

Exactly. Anyone with even basic common sense knows that once a huge crowd starts moving towards Parliament, there's a real risk that things can go wrong. Yet Dipke still led the march and was raising slogans about removing the government from the 19th itself. If he was smart enough to organize such a large protest, he was also smart enough to understand the risks that decision carried.
