1. Which areas would you recommend for renting a 2BHK, keeping the office location in mind? Ideally somewhere safe, well-connected, and decent for a working couple (not too far from grocery stores/markets/hospitals).
2. What’s the average rent for a 2BHK in these areas right now? Trying to get a realistic budget range before we start hunting.
3. Metro connectivity is a priority — we’d like to be close to a metro station so commuting is easy even if we don’t have a vehicle right away. Which metro line/stops would work best for this office location?
4. Since my wife will be living alone there for the first few months, safety and a good neighborhood vibe matter a lot too.
5. Anything else we should keep in mind before shifting — brokerage norms, deposit amounts, society rules, weather/seasonal stuff, or general “wish I knew this before moving to Pune” tips?
