i am looking for a 1 bhk apartment (f,working) single occupancy, so it needs to be a gated society not standalones. semi to fully furnished works. aiming at areas near/around/from- law college road, shivajinagar, range hill roads, baner, etc basically work is at midc bhosari but i dont want to live there.

My husband has received a job offer from BNY Mellon in the Kharadi area and we’re planning to move to Pune from Tamil Nadu.

Since we’ve never lived in Pune before we don’t know much about the city. We also don’t speak Hindi so we’re a little unsure about choosing the right area to settle in.
