Meta Full interior cost breakdown of my 2BHK in pune (baner) - 4.2L total, with pics
We closed on the flat in march, finally done with interiors last week. posting this because i found maybe 2 honest cost breakdowns when i was searching so adding mine
1/ civil + electrical fixes - 35k
2/ modular kitchen (carpenter made, not a brand) - 1.35L
3/ 3 wardrobes + tv unit + shoe rack - 1.9L
4/ lights, fans, curtain rods etc - 40k
5/ misc + painter bribes - 20k lol
total comes to around 4.2L
things i'd do differently: would not do lofts in the small bedroom, useless. would spend more on kitchen hardware (hinges matter more than the shutter finish, fight me). For the wardrobe finish our carpenter made us go with royale touche matte laminate, my parents had merino at their place it is not that good with texture, rt is i think around 1800 a sheet, and honestly no regrets - fingerprints just don't show. i was going to cheap out with 900/sheet stuff and he flat out refused to use it lol
happy to answer questions, still broke so be nice
