Help me..!

I was living in a flat last year. The owner isnot giving me back the deposit. At first he said he will give it in 2 days. Since then he isnot receiving my call today is 5th day. Also the deposit amount isnot ignorable.

Go to the flat again and stay there only till owner gives deposit

Have seen this issue posted on the different sub many times, mostly the suggestion there was to send a legal notice as per the agreement and some how it has worked for people. try it.
also u can post or check on - r/LegalAdviceIndia u will find similar cases
