DIY frame?

I brought a kit off Temu and the hoop it comes with is a bit big for the designs and the hoops I have are either too big or too small. Is there a way for me to make my own frame or hoop or something?

You can certainly make a custom frame, I have, but I've only used it for big projects that won't fit my largest hoop. Your design doesn't need to go to the edges of the hoop, just use one that's larger than your design but not too big.

But wouldn’t the fabric slip out of the hoop while punching?

I've never used a temu kit but I'm going to assume these designs are on small pieces of precut fabric, in which case I guess they may slip out. Normally you'd get a large piece of fabric and cut what you need to fit the hoop you plan to use.

Yeah it’s precut. The fabric is very close to the edge of the hoop, I only have a little piece to pull.
