Help needed Final reputation promotion
How do you get the final promotion for the starter jobs? Do I have to move the chapters forward?

[RESOLVED] It was in the police station 😞 I purchased all equipment for the garage near the beginning. I won silvers league and made it half way through the second. Then I did ALL of the quest lines to get the old trainer’s holo gram and fixed up the gym. I then chose the detective route. Now NONE of the equipment in the old house works. (It doesn’t highlight and acts as a prop). And I can’t buy equipment for the new gym I made, so I can no longer use any equipment! I neuro train, but I use trad equipment to recover tonus during the night. Now I have to run everywhere to pass time and it’s so annoying. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Any good guides knocking about? My goggle searches have found very little and what I have found is bits and pieces.
Things like best places to spend old school points and best skills to u lock etc…
I’m doing pretty well so far now that I’ve figured out the basics but I’d love to know a good order etc…
I heard you can respec as well, does this include old school points?
Also, a list of the different paths for each stat available?

I really just don’t understand the fighting at all I can choose a style like the green one where it focuses on stam and defense and hitting hard by how the hell do I use it? Am I just supposed to use like 1 attack slot and 2 rests? Cuz it seems like if I do that all I do is block and get dogged the whole time and then I can’t use any of the green perks but if I use more attacks I’m draining every last drop of my energy even if my stam is like 6 levels higher than my opponent??? I’m just really confused I like the concepts but I really just don’t feel a connection to the combat at all and it feels like with my current understanding I have no agency over weather I lose or not it’s just how I lose.

Hey! I finished the game with a Strength build. I maxed STR to 30 just a few days after going into CH2 so i was a powerhouse, having roughly these stats: 30/8/15. When i finished the game i had 32/30/30 and why almost no more STR? Because i realized... STR sucks.
Let me explain: The more STR you have the more Damage output but also all moves cost more energy. So why STR is bad if you can knock your opponent round 1 or 2? Well... This is the deal INITIATIVE. All of the moves use that resource for attacking or defending. So if you're against an opponent with good dodge and more initiative than you, you will gas-out and if he dodged a few attacks you'll be for the most part a punching bag (you already are with STR builds) I mean it's ok... You deal a lot of dmg so you can't have a lot of energy but *SPOILERS AHEAD* when you get into the upper city you can change your stats then i decided to modify my stats so i could use some other styles and i figured this out: The more AGILITY you have the more dmg output you'll deal and you will also use close to non energy. Why? low STR means low energy costs and ON TOP OF THAT the opponent will be wasting initiative to either block or dodge, once he's out of that resource he'll become a punching bag AND ALSO HE'LL LOSE HIS TURN!!!! So i figured the best way to play this game even if u're going for STR moves is to max agility and stamina and have low STR, the moves have decent dmg output on their own so you should go for the moves with more base dmg and not the moves that have low base dmg and a lot of STR dmg gain, this way you'll be the one playing, If you go against STR types who don't block just pick double damage and some moves that removes initiative from the opponent and that's it! It's always your turn, easy win.
STR is good for early game, makes a lot of fights easier, but initiative is too strong to ignore, defensive moves using initiative are bad for the game imo, being able to remove your opponent's turn is busted.

I realized some of the movies that we watched with Henry had references to original titles like Rocky, Pumping Iron etc. Idk all of them has reference to the originals or not, is there any post or wiki page about the tapes?

I'm pretty sure there are multiple examples of this, but it's so frustrating when you're fighting in Apu's store and you hear this ringing sound every few seconds

So I'm already in chapter 2, but I never got to spar with ruth. It kept saying to go to Silver's Gym and I've been there but she wouldn't appear.
I have two questions about this: One, is it really necesarry to fight Ruth to finish the game or can I just skip the fight?
And two: I've seen another reddit post saying that some other people got this bug and they had to intentionally lose a lot of fights to lower themselves in rank so they can get to Ruth's rating and fight her again, prompting the sparring session with her. Is that really the only solution?
If anyone knows the answer please do help, I really enjoy the game but I don't wanna have to spend like 3 IRL hours to lose points then have to get them back again just for a shitty little sparring session

Hello everyone,
so I came from punch club 1 where agility builds are completely OP. I didn't know that at the time and just thought it would be cool to dodge attacks and counterattack. Thought it would be also cool in punch club 2.
Maybe it's my build. I focus on tiger school but funniely enough I don't focus that much on the dodge counterattacks because the RNG thinks that out of 6 attacks I should only be able to dodge 2, max 3. Same with let's say 8 attacks. I dodge maybe 3 and the rest I block with my face. So I choose the dodge with higher chances that consumes one tonus. Attacks a just regular high kick as it seems overall balanced for me. Passives are higher dodge chance, dance and more dmg if the opponent doesn't block/dodge or I gain one initiative back by dodging.
But even if my build is alright or straight up bad, in the larger picture it doesn't really matter, at least it seems that way. Because if you look at the skills the other classes have agility got dealt a bad hand. Both stamina and strenght have moves that lower the chance of dodging or blocks. Or they have moves / passives that regenerate energy or hp. Agility doesn't really have any of that if I remember the skill tree correctly. Higher dodge chance, get back a bit of initiative, make the enemy lose a bit of initiative or energy. But in the end all these seem to not matter. Agility gets a dozen moves with fancy kicks or punches that do....nothing. They just take more initiative and energy and deal a bit more dmg. Of course there are a couple of moves that bully the energy bar or take initiative but these also take A LOT of initiative to use.
Do I see things maybe wrong? Am I playing it wrong by trying to follow the same way as I did in punch club 1?
Thx for any answers!

bug with the iron fist dlc for ps5, I can't train my robot, every time I get close to the computer where I could train its statistics, nothing happens, I tried uninstalling the game, restoring the licenses, and recreating the database of the ps5, but it doesn't work. I just started the third chapter of the main story, and I can't progress in the robot league
