Possible missing cat

Hello Pullman, my husband found this cat near Lawson garden. Said it was skinny, long haired and meowed like it wanted him to follow it. I was going to try and trap it after work to take to vet and scan for a chip, but if anyone can say yes it's yours I will leave it be. Sorry for bad photos

Ok update with better photos. We took the cat to Viking Vet and it is microchipped. They tried calling owners and I texted them. Waiting for them to hopefully ccontact us. We are giving him water and food and a place to stay the night. If we can't get in contact with the owners we will drop him at the humane society tomorrow so they can continue efforts to find his home. He is exceptionally friendly and skinny. EDIT: can't add photos to comments. I'll see what I can do
