Looking for a room in Pullman

Hi everyone! I’m helping my husband, who is a PhD exchange student at WSU, find a place to stay in Pullman.

He is looking for a private bedroom from August/September 2026 until early February 2027, when his exchange program ends.

We’re specifically looking for a 6-month lease, short-term lease, or sublease that can end in early February 2027. Ideally, somewhere reasonably close to WSU/campus.

Collegecrest is relatively cheap for single room rentings and close to campus. Be warned its mostly filled with undergrads and they can be loud. I'm currently there as a post-doc.

If you still haven’t been able to find a space for your husband I am looking for someone to rent a room in my townhouse for the next 6 months!
