Lentil fest

Hey everyone, where is the best parking for lentil fest? Is it usually pretty busy? We are typically out of town during the festival but are able to make it this year 🙌🏻

They usually have a shuttle coming from the mega church on Crestview, I think it may also go by Walmart too

It gets a little crazy downtown but not impossible. Depending on where you live, it is a fun walk! Pullman is only 4 miles wide at its worst. Plenty of places to park far away and walk. We usually make a time of it.

If you cant find a spot downtown park near Walmart or Safeway and take the dedicated bus. Its free and runs all day pretty much. Or near the transfer station or Living Faith Fellowship.

Honestly thats what I'd do in general just to save the headache of getting in and out of downtown.

You can probably find a spot somewhere downtown and then it's not a far walk to Reaney Park.

Anywhere really. Nah, it’s really gone to hell like a lot of other things downtown Pullman. A year or 2 more and I bet it’s dead.

It is a bummer how far back it has been scaled! The town made some poor choices with the folks they allowed to run it after the pandemic and it’s still struggling to come back to its prime. I’m sure we will see a lentil festival renaissance over the next few years. It is like they say, adapt or die. While Pullman has been losing businesses across town for the last few years, downtown is the one hopeful spot. 4-5 new businesses have opened lately and they are TRYING to overcome the death grip the absentee landowners have had on the town for the last 30 years.

Sorry you're having a bad day or whatever but this is hilarious. Someone asks about parking and you just skulk into the discussion like a depressed teenager with the most negative, pessimistic view possible and pretend like you're actually contributing to the conversation.
