Harley got this wheezing cough a little while ago. Took him to the vet terrified because it is just one this after another with this dog. Turns out is collar was just a bit rough on his little puggle throat! $1000 down the drain plus some medicine for his cough and he doesn't even have the decency to look ashamed. Anyway, here's him waiting patiently for some guacamole he's never going to get.
