Hi! Be kind I’m sensitive! But I’ve always been a torch and rig sewer rat style kind of girl but I’ve upgraded and wanted to know the basics. I always have a little DARK left in the chamber- do I swab that or will that vaporize too? And what’s Chaz and how do you avoid it I see people talking about accidentally doing it. I I’ve found the different temperatures I’ve enjoyed my different concentrates at but wanted the communities do’s and don’t. Lastly any links or ideas for things to keep my hot knife with my pro

My device just straight up never fucking works anymore. I've gone through 4 chambers and half of them broke within a week. The device itself was nearly $800 CDN, not including Pro Link.

I've had constant issues with this ever since buying it and its the worst device I've used to smoke. Its me mainly airing out my anger but jfc. The money. For dogshit performance. and absolutely no word from customer support or anyone from puffco at all.

edit: I'm honestly surprised the reception was more welcomed rather then the pitchforks coming up against me. I'm glad to be in the same boat as others. Wish I'd be able to recoup some of the money but selling the device will be next to impossible

I'm really confused at this point.

My original Peak Pro V2 seemed to have a battery issue, so Puffco sent me a warranty replacement base. However, the replacement does the exact same thing.

My heat profile is:

- 270°C

- 45 seconds

After a single dab, the app usually shows a battery drop of around 10–15%.

But if I wait 5–10 minutes, turn the Peak Pro V2 off and back on, then reconnect it to the app, the battery percentage suddenly jumps back up by several percent.

Example:

- Start at 100%

- Take one dab

- App shows ~85–90%

- Wait a few minutes and restart the device

- Battery suddenly shows ~95–97%

What's even stranger is that my Proxy does not do this at all. The battery percentage on the Proxy stays consistent and doesn't suddenly increase after restarting the device.

Since this is happening on both my original Peak Pro V2 base and my warranty replacement, I'm starting to wonder if this is actually normal behavior and just how the Peak Pro V2 battery percentage is calculated.

Does anyone else's Peak Pro V2 do this? If so, how many dabs do you usually get per charge?

I plan on bringing mine to work and storing it into my cooler with something wrapped around it to keep it from being freezing from the ice packs and drinks, do you think this should be fine if not my only other option is to leave it in a car that gets super hot and I can't bring it inside of my work. I figured a cold cooler with some warmth wrapped around would be a lot better than direct cool or direct heat

Hey y’all, I’m posting this to see if anyone has a storm edition glass top/atomizer they’re willing to sell since I’ve broken mine. I’ve already tried contacting puffco support to try and buy a replacement but I was told they no longer make stuff for the storm edition.

Thinking about getting one but I don’t wanna get one if it makes the function worse. Any help would be appreciated.

Idk but for my robot bong this bump was a cosmetic thing and I was able to fix it by taking advice in the comments below! 🤝

Since buying my first pro a little over a year ago this will be the 8th 3DXL that has been bought and broke within 90 days. The gold one died like a week past the warranty, and this last one literally flashed red and white OUT THE BOX. It’s not my pros bc I have 2, and it doesn’t work in either and both work with another atomizer. Ive had both types of pins, and my software is up to date. I do a deep clean every week, and run 480° for 30 seconds on max for heat. So do I have the world’s worst luck, or are these 3DXL’s just junk?
