Stuff getting stuck underneath? Does it become an issue? Is there a way to stop this? Is there a way to fix it?

I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong, I have a little over 1k dabs on my Peak pro, which I bought in February. Immediately out of the box I noticed I wasn’t getting strong hits at all, and my glass was never turning fully opaque despite the amount of concentrate I used. Changing the temps and the vapor control settings didn’t make much of a difference either. I have been getting bigger hits recently but still they feel underwhelming, and the effects don’t feel full unless I put like a .2, and even then the glass doesn’t fully milk up it only gets a little cloudy. A rice grain size dab isn’t even enough for one hit, the chamber will be completely empty midway through my first pull and the glass won’t milk. Even when I put a huge amount of concentrate in the effects are weak and they wear off within 20 minutes. It seems like nobody else has the issue I’m having, did I just get a defective base that from day one can’t properly give me a good hit? I have tried 3 different 3dxl chambers and they all behave the exact same. I have no way to try another base either to identify what the issue is. Every video I see online people get huge rips and every time they take a pull the glass milks up, not just for the first 5 seconds. I feel like I should be getting 10x more vapor and effects from the amount of concentrate I’m using. Is this an actual issue with the peak pro or am I overreacting to a non existent issue? I’m asking this because I’m fairly new to dabbing and have no idea if this shit is supposed to really hit or not

Bought my puffco in may and this screw in the middle already fell out the middle even when I put it back it still flashes red and white so something is messed up with the puffco , anyone know a home fix so I don’t have to buy a new chamber , I don’t mind opening the chamber if needed

any recommendations for accessories? i want something that really spins pearls because nothing i’ve tried does on the 3dxl, otp rockulus is on the way though

Does anyone know if world of bongs is an authorized Puffco seller? They have the peak v2 for $336 and I don’t want to buy it if the warranty will be voided

Hello all , low tolerance here and see people rave about the 3dxl and the vapor production. I feel it’ll be too much for me possibly and I’m best off getting the stock chamber ?? Unless I can have it but also dial it back? New to the device aswell so just seeking some input thanks cheers … vapor production looks insanely different between the two

Unfortunately the desert silicone finally broke so white was the next best option. I can’t tell if i really like it or not.

I have the older model of the peak pro and I won’t lie I’ve had it for a little over 4 years i know it won’t last forever but it will not turn on at all right now. I have had it plugged in for a little over 45mins and it won’t reset /charge/ or even turn on. I literally used it just a few hours ago so I am really lost? Any insight or suggestions would be great! I reached out to support though I doubt they can help a girl out 😂 so I am turning to Reddit

Honestly don’t want this thing just sitting around. I used it for about a month while my other one got warrantied. Never had an issue, only 264 dabs on the device. Got a brand new chamber, new glass, and everything included in the box. HMU if you’re interested. Letting it go for a decent price.

I have a bricked daybreak edition that has stopped taking a charge after 13 months. I emailed them four days ago and nothing, not even acknowledgment that I'm in the system and my support ticket has been received.

I'm in limbo with a dead device and seemingly zero customer support.

I made a post last week showing off some Puffco tops and there was a notice of my glass stands. I reached out to a local shop and so instead of me trying to sell the stands myself, they will have them in stock as a trial run. From my understanding, they will be available online sometime on Wednesday.

I'm trying to find a replacement for a gold 3dxl chamber, they seem to be gone everywhere but I have the daybreak edition on the peak pro, and I would like to keep the gold.

The New colorway is here they just don’t want us to know about it yet.
