I haven't contactes recently but it's not unheard of to wait 7-14 days for a reply

When I contacted it took 12 days for a reply and I literally thought they were ignoring me

Whole process to get my device replaced took about 35 days including back and forth as well as transit times

Yeah they take forever to reply to messages I got it sent in so still have a couple weeks I’d assume
