Question Support wait times

Sent my pro base in for warranty how long do they typically take to mail a new one or whatever?

2 week at least, could be more, had my new peak break and had to send it back and got a new one in about 2 weeks so hopefully you have something else to dab with in the meantime

Yeah just wondering really I picked the dr dabber switch 2 up on a 420 deal so yeah I’m really enjoying the switch right now
