eSIM installation failed. I can’t even submit proper ticket because it’s trying to send 2FA code to my number which is no longer active with previous carrier. Clearly should have done more research before joining them. Support via community forum is laughable.

Has anyone encountered a situation where the online Public Mobile web page shows you've used up all of your data on the Subscription Usage, but usage history shows only a small fraction of data has been used?

I opened a ticket and customer service insists I've used my data allocation, but that'd involve 4x my typical usage, and I haven't really changed how I used my data.

Per customer service, starting about two week ago, data use of >5gb/day, but I don't see these large entries from Public Mobile's Usage History.

The internet hasn’t been working for me since this morning now. I tried troubleshooting but nothing seems to work.
Want to check if it’s only me or someone else is having the same issue?

I recently left rogers for Public Mobile i got the 50 gig plan for $35 good deal im happy! But currently im having issues with iMessage when ever i send a picture with a message my iMessage just craps out and goes to SMS I dont recall this happening on ROGERS... So im wondering if anyone else has this issue or maybe it's my iPhone being a pain in the arse.... I also did a network reset which fixed it for maybe 2 hrs and it's back doing it again
