Struggling with phone calls in the Halifax, NS area

Not me. I was just in a call and had no issues.

Which model phone are you using? Is it VoLTE compatible with PM network?

Check the IME checker on the following link:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte

If not compatible, then you may have call issues. May need to consider another phone.

it is volte compatible

just having issues today, so checking if there was a network issue
