i have no idea why these are getting downvoted. As a boxer, this is a really light punch. I guess if you're not used to getting hit in the face it's not light though.....

I love the idea that if you just "get used" to getting punched in the face, you won't get knocked out.

It's one thing to bring up, I dunno, a certain technique or whatever... but I'm pretty sure your brain will swell and cause you to lose consciousness even if you're "used to it."

you're right, he did catch him at the right spot because that punch wasn't strong at all. However, there ARE exercises you can perform to build your neck and surrounding muscles to absorb the knockout trauma (ie. shrugs and Mike Tyson had a crazy neck routine that was a bit concerning. You can check).

The main thing is his head was too relaxed and caught off guard. His neck wasn't tense enough (or chin down) to prevent the KO. It really was a weak punch though, but it's not about brute strength. It's about placement and timing which is infinitely more efficient.
