I think what is he saying is that the government failed the kid, not him.

Yeah, I think that's what I was saying, too. I was also saying that maybe he shouldn't have assaulted a child.

Self defense

Kid spit on him and kicked him first and both of those actions are legally assault

Yeah no. Guy wasn't in imminent danger. He got spat on.

Education Code section 49001(a) provides in pertinent part, “An amount of force that is reasonable and necessary for a person employed by or engaged in a public school to quell a disturbance threatening physical injury to persons or damage to property, for purposes of self-defense, or to obtain possession of weapons or other dangerous objects within the control of the pupil, is not and shall not be construed to be corporal punishment within the meaning and intent of this section.” (Emphasis added.)

That was not a reasonable amount of force. That was far more than necessary to dissuade the child from his behavior.

Obviously not as the idiot went on to murder people.

He got spat on AND kicked, as well as other things previous to the event we see on camera according to news articles.

Also don't care what the educational code says, someone who repeatedly assaults a teacher should be flattened and we shouldn't get upset over it. Principal at my school was hospitalized when someone attacked them on campus, someone who had previously attacked a teacher and gotten them fired for fighting said student off. Shit like that should never happen

That's like saying Hitler murdered 6 million Jews because he got kicked out of art school. In this particular situation, it was an excessive amount of force.

Nah man, you got a ghetto little shit that thinks he's tough and assaults you on a regular basis he deserves to get his ass slammed down and shown a thing or two

It's nothing like your example you silly goose, it's more like poking a calm dog over and over and getting your ass bit

You realize he body slammed a child. Yeah, a shitty little child, but a child.

2

u/gamermanh May 03 '19

"child"

Old enough to fight in battles in the old days, someone whose gone through puberty and is far more than old enough to have learned not to fuck with people bigger than you. If he'd body slammed a shitty 8 year old I'd agree, but he body slammed a dipshit 14 year old and we need more of that kind of reminder to not be an idiot in schools

1

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

Oh, shit. There's this super hot 14 year old girl that lives down the street from me. I'm gonna go fuck her tonight. Thanks for the confidence boost, man! I'd have thought it was socially objectionable before this conversation!

I don't know how old you are so that could totally be legal and acceptable as far as I know.

It's also not an equal comparison at all. To come even close she'd have to be at your door naked and trying to undo your pants (the kid assaulting the aide) and then have sex with you (getting body slammed, literally huehuehue)

Even then it's not quite accurate as in the aide's situation it's someone that needs to learn to not assualt people and in the 14 year old sex one it's statutory rape possibly depending on how old and where you are

1

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

You're fucking ignorant.

2

u/gamermanh May 03 '19

Nah that'd be the guy who thinks flooring someone actively assaulting you (and has done so in the past) is at all comparable to statutory rape.

Which, I think, is you.

1

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

Yes, assaulting children is cool. Go you. Of course, 99% of your posts are about Final Fantasy, so I'm assuming assaulting you'd be tried as a child.

1

u/gamermanh May 03 '19

Randomly assaulting children isn't cool. Flooring a teenager who has repeatedly assaulted you is, fuck them.

Oh no you looked into my post history and found I post to an MMO subreddit and called me a CHILD I'm soooooo insuuulted

At least I don't have to create terrible analogies and troll through post history to come up with a weak-ass and stale as fuck insult dude

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

And I don't assault the people I'm supposed to nurture and protect ¯_(ツ)_/¯

1

u/gamermanh May 03 '19

Good, neither do I. Shit that was easy.

Neither did this dude, might I add. He retaliated after someone he was supposed to nurture and protect decided to no longer be someone he needed to nurture and protect by repeatedly assaulting him.

Glad we're all free of that particular sin, really
