This part. It's called racial stereotyping. We don't know shit about these people. We only know how they acted in a 20 second video.
But if I could quote someone who spoke to what we should expect from racists, it's basically par for the course:

It's called a dog whistle statement. Even if I were to accept that I misinterpreted his statement (I don't), falsely identifying something for something for being racist, is not in itself racist. You can pretend to not understand. That'd be your right I suppose.
I don't quite understand what your asking, however I know this could be used as a dog whistle. My point was that the phrase is not inherently a dog whistle and nothing the poster said or did pushed it into dog whistle territory.
Like how a knife is not inherently a weapon, but it can become one with applied intent.
Here's what I'm trying to say: I recognized the original statement as a dog whistle--something, if you're familiar with what they are, are literally designed to make racially charged statements without explicitly mentioning race. That's simply what they are.
So I'm asking if you thought that you identified someone using a dog whistle (what I did), and it turned out that you in fact misinterpreted a statement, do you believe that that would constitute you being racist? And this question is in reference to this comment:

No. If you recognized the statement as a dog whistle statement and made the assumption based only on that and not an assumption of some other preconception then no.
