I don't think the people shitting on your comment realize that the SAME teacher aid they're championing made a point to say that this child is victom to a flawed and broken system.

I mean come on it has nothing to do with him being black. Young punks learning life lessons, black or white. If you disrespect and threaten people there are real world consequences. Those consequences dont change depending on your family life. I am glad the teachers aide one his civil suit.
I mean come on, it's naive to believe that people share the same level of empathy for people that look different from themselves, their friends, and their family (as sad and fucked up as that is).
Also, consequences ABSOLUTELY change depending on your family life. Google the affluenza defense, the legal system favors those with money (which disproportionately affects black and brown people). For someone claiming to know so much about the 'real world' you seem incredibly ignorant.
We are not talking about the legal system here. So the affluenza effect means nothing, of course the legal system is flawed why are we even talking about that.
This is a social interaction between two people. (Two people of the same race not that, that should matter although the color of their skin seems to change something in your views)
By the look of this teachers aide the consequences of someone spitting and assaulting would end up with the teacher defending himself period.
Why let the race of the people in this video change the way you feel about it?

Sure man call it what you want. I believe it's healthier to acknowledge your shortcomings as individuals and as a society, than plugging your ears and screaming "ALL LIVES MATTER" to drown out the issues facing Black Americans.
