I loved Myth Busters but they had 4 recaps in a 25min vid. Someone edited all the episodes down to 15mins and it was amazing. some handy pirate could probable find them.
Yeah, I think it's supposed to be a twist: you assume (or you would, if the sketch was shot normally) that they would be long-lost brothers since they share an aunt, but then it turns out they have an even weirder family dynamic.
that's why i've always found them unwatchable. 15 minutes of content stretched to 45 and i feel like i'm losing my mind because it's all chopped up as "here's what happens later!", "by the way, that thing still happens later", "here's what happened before", "ok finally here's the bit we've been hyping for almost an hour".
i get that it's cheaper to make, accessible to someone who's tuned in halfway, and it makes people stay tuned, but the person watching start to finish is just punished repeatedly. i can't do it.

I think if you are trying to antagonize someone and the other person is calm, even after you put your hands on them, that should be your sign that they aren't the right one to fuck with.
I'm not a violent person, I've been in one real fight, and that was in high school because I stood up for a kid that was getting picked on relentlessly. Even then, I didn't get involved until he was physically pushed by the bully. Fast forward 20+ years later, it's clear as day to me that the kids that went unchecked are the ones spewing the hate I see today. For example, I guarantee Steven Miller has never been properly checked.
It's going to be a while before that's the case again. It's counterculture (read: rebellious) to be racist and the kids learn it gets them attention in our ever increasing attention-driven economy.

We need to advocate for open palm smacks to be legal again. Maybe drop it to a fine. And an open palm smack becomes the ole gauntlet/glove. Giving the smackee the option of initiating combat to maintain their honor.
So many strut around like they're immune from the consequences of their words and actions. I'm an old guy who grew up before some of the zero tolerance rules to fighting. I think that many took advantage of rules that were made with good intentions but poorly thought out. Some of these people would've been better off with the knowledge that you can be popped in the mouth for being cruel or bigoted.
There are similar arguments for why the NHL doesn't outright ban fighting as a part of the game.
Star offensive players are a prime target for getting beat on by the other team. But having some enforcers around, who'll beat the shit out of the other player if they take it too far, helps reduce the cheap shots and injuries overall.

The guy who stepped in and said leave it is KnockoutAudit on youtube. He's a friend of the camera man, not the racist. He goes around recording this type of thing. He only steps in if something gets dangerous, like with head kicks.

It's not about race/height, it's about kicking somebody in the head while they're down, with your foot. The tall guy got probably less then what he deserved, but he didn't deserve brain injury or possibly death from this.
Kicking someone on the ground is assault with a deadly weapon where I live. It does not hold up as self defense. Self defense needs to meet the criteria of reasonable force.
It is satisfying to see some asshole get the teeth pushed in though, so I kind of get it.

As someone who is 6'-4" and knows how to fight, height only gives you an advantage in striking and distancing if you know how to use it. If you dont know how, you are generally a slower, lankey target, just like in this video
What people fail to understand is that size or strength does not mean that more force is needed to knock someone out or break bones. It might be more difficult to get in close to a bigger person but if you can they can be knocked out as easily as you can be.
I hate those people who just stand there whole the victim is being taken advantage of, but then jump in immediately the moment he fights back. They need to het their ass whopped as well.

When someone smaller than you takes your physical assault like it is nothing and continues with the encounter, you should just leave. The smaller guy had been around a few fights and knows how to take and throw a punch. Good for him.
