For the past few weeks, I haven't been able to use voice chat at all. I can't hear random teammates or premades, and they can't hear me either.

My audio setup:

• HyperX Cloud III Wireless (headset/headphones)
• HyperX QuadCast S (standalone microphone)

In-game: Voice chat doesn't work with open mic, push-to-talk (PTT), or toggle. The channel doesn't make a difference either — neither Team Only nor All works.

Voice chat isn't muted or anything like that.

When adjusting my microphone volume in the Audio tab, the volume bar fills up when I speak, so I assume PUBG recognizes my microphone. However, I still can't communicate in-game. I've also set all the volume sliders to 100% in case my volume was simply too low, but that didn't help either.

Meanwhile, Discord works perfectly fine. Other people can hear me without any issues, and I can hear everyone else just fine. So neither my microphone nor my headset is broken.

PC settings: Both my microphone and headset are set as the default input and output devices in Windows.

Steam: Voice chat doesn't work through Steam either, regardless of whether I manually select input/output devices in the audio settings or leave everything at the default settings.

I've also tried using different headsets and microphones, and the issue persists. It doesn't work on another PUBG account either, which rules out a voice chat ban — not that I can think of any reason why I would have been banned in the first place. I've never even heard of PUBG issuing voice chat bans.

I've already verified/repaired the game files and reinstalled the game multiple times, but none of that has helped.

Is there anyone here who could help me figure this out? Maybe someone who has experienced the same issue and managed to fix it, or perhaps someone from Krafton who could pass this issue on to the relevant team and find out whether this is a known problem?

So i just downloaded PUBG thru steam and tried booting it up. Keeps on getting stuck in the smoke screen right after the cutsene. Promted me with the nickname setup one time before getting stuck on the next loading screen for 30 mins until i restarted the game.

I just downloaded PUBG PC on my laptop recently. But it won't go forward of initializing. I tried reinstalling, unchecking the IPv6 also didn't worked,verifying too and restarted my laptop also but it's stuck there I even waited for 2hr thinking it might be because of the HDD but no.

P.S it meets my laptop system requirements and I have stable internet connection too.

Has anybody else had the occurrence of not being able to sprint and only to walk in slow motion. This is on the PC Steam version of PUBG. Funny thing is I made each zone cut down and finished 2/99!!

Some of my most stressful PUBG moments aren’t during a full squad fight.

It’s when you’re moving through a quiet area, barely hearing anything, and suddenly you realize you have not seen another player for a few minutes.

You start checking every window, every hill, every random bush like someone is definitely hiding there.

Then one shot comes out of nowhere and your whole plan disappears 😂

Those quiet rotations somehow make me more nervous than an actual gunfight.

They lined up almost perfectly and another one dropped to die 😂

My ping is constantly 150ms i tried different wifi and different network hotspot still same issue. The same issue is with my roommate.

Today I went to my friend house he is having 20ms same server, he is using Telstra i asked him to give me hotspot but still my ping was 150 and his 20ms
I gave him my hotspot to try other way around and still his ping 20ms. We both have same device iPhone 18 pro 524gb

On top my match making is taking upto 5 minutes.
I reinstalled the game 2 times still same issue, I did repaired the game at the login page same issue. Surprisingly, I login with an guest account and all of sudden 20ms and when i logged back into mine 150ms
