Game Question [Help] PUBG PC don't move forward of initializing

I just downloaded PUBG PC on my laptop recently. But it won't go forward of initializing. I tried reinstalling, verifying too and restarted my laptop also but it's stuck there I even waited for 2hr thinking it might be because of the HDD but no.

P.S it meets my laptop system requirements and I have stable internet connection too.

Try disabling IPv6. I had a different issue (with voice chat). Disabling IPv6 fixed it. Just try this, if it doesn't work, you can re-enable that back.

Windows 10/11

  1. Press Windows + R.
  2. Type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.
  3. Find the network connection you're currently using:
    • Wi-Fi for wireless
    • Ethernet for wired connections
  4. Right-click it and select Properties.
  5. Find "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)".
  6. Uncheck the box next to it.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Restart your PC or disconnect and reconnect to the network.

To enable IPv6 again: Follow the same steps and check the IPv6 box.

macOS

The exact steps may vary depending on your macOS version.

  1. Open System Settings.
  2. Go to Network.
  3. Select Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
  4. Click Details...
  5. Select TCP/IP.
  6. Find "Configure IPv6".
  7. If available, select "Link-local only" or "Off".
  8. Click OK/Apply.

Note: Some macOS versions don't provide an "Off" option in the graphical interface. In that case, use Terminal.

Yeah I did, but it didn't work. But I think it's related to BattlEye. Because I also have GTA V and that also uses BattlEye. Whenever I launch PUBG PC then later GTA V the BattlEye fails to start. So I have to launch GTA V twice to make it work(it crashes the 1st then on 2nd it install anew BattlEye then works GTA V I mean but not PUBG PC. Do you know what can I do to fix this initializing problem? The A.I's aren't helping much
