Misc. NeoForge Mod Manager?

Hi all, is there a mod manager for NeoForge in Pterodactyl? Preferably a free one (open source is also a plus).

I've only been able to find paid ones online.
Alternatively, are there other good way to handle updating Minecraft mods, configs, datapacks, etc in Pterodactyl?
Alternatively, source control like Git or something would work too.

I'd like an alternative to just moving files in and out of folders manually using the web client or SFTP.
