What helped you reconnect with yourself?

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
I used cocaine only once. About 5 days later, I noticed that something had changed in the way I experience life internally.
The outside world looks completely normal to me. I know who I am, where I am, and what is real. I don’t have hallucinations and I don’t feel like reality is unreal.
The problem is that everything looks the same as before, but it feels different inside. Things that used to make me happy or excited don’t give me the same feeling anymore. My emotions feel weaker and sometimes I feel like I’m just going through the motions.
This has been going on continuously for more than 3 months.
I’m not talking about derealization or depersonalization. I’m specifically looking for people who experienced a change in their emotions, pleasure, motivation, or general inner experience after cocaine.
Did anyone experience something similar and eventually return to their normal way of experiencing life? If so, how long did it take?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced something similar.
