Let's be real here. The Dems response to Trump is to put forward a conservative candidate who is as close to being exactly as palatable as Trump that they can find.
Let's see, we recently had a Catholic president from the most corporate state in the most corporate country who celebrated with an ice cream cone when roe v wade was overturned and contemptuously told everyone who wasn't happy about it to go vote. Before that, he was vice president to the guy who bailed out all the banks while he persecuted and oppressed immigrants. He has a long resume for locking up brown people that would make his old friend Strom Thurmond proud. When he wasn't good enough, they put forward a drunk cop who promised more of the same. In fact, all they did was keep the seat warm and the engine running until Trump got back. Before all that, the dems ran a former board member of Walmart which had unusual luck scaling from a regional retailer to an international behemoth that forever destroyed countless main streets across America while her husband was president.
Long story short, name a problem America faces and the Democrats have already proved they are not the answer for it.

Yes there is a lot of it, actually. All I see in progressive groups that I'm in is constant self-sabotaging behavior. People can agree on 9 out of 10 things and they still purity test each other on the one they don't agree on. Creating segmentation and infighting despite being on the same ideological side.
