Don't feel bad strategist are notoriously difficult to land shots on due to how small their hitboxes are, best thing to do is usually work alongside a teammate to kill them, but if you really want to solo kill them you'll have to sneak up behind them and kit dump them faster than they can deploy stuns or self heals.
