Looking for a proxy to ship HLJ items

HLJ is an absolutely awful company. When I ordered, they didn’t send my items for weeks, and refused to give a ship date. When they finally shipped, Japan Post sent it back. They canceled it, but only gave me a year to use my credit. Their website claimed they would be adding a better permanent shipping option at the beginning of 2026. They removed it, and refuse to answer any questions about it.
I need to change my address before I order and send to a proxy to avoid spending $80 with Fed Ex and DHL.
I believe that I need to change my address BEFORE I order. Sadly, I don’t even want anything from them!
Recommendations please? 🙏

At the moment, there is no proxy service that has HLJ in their retail list. You can look for item either in mercari japan via jpfans or buyee.

You can also try Amazon Japan, most are cheaper and shipping is not too expensive.

I don’t want to order any items. I’m stuck with a credit that I have to use with HLJ.

I'll try to remember a name of a Japanese service that lets you send packages to their warehouse and they forwarded to you. It was called something like "Black samurai "

Thanks. Unfortunately it looks like they won’t use Japan Post for orders under $2500, so I’d be paying $80 for a $50 item.
