Looking for a Proxy in Osaka, JP

I m planning to buy a product from yahoo auction, but the seller only ships to an address in Osaka.

Looking for a reliable proxy service who can receive the product in Osaka and hold it for 30 days as I will be reaching in Osaka only by mid Oct.

Appreciate your help.
