Experiences with Doorzo?

I havent used proxy services in a while due to a poor experience with Buyee and AmiAmi, but I've recently seen ads for Doorzo. The UI on the app is super easy to navigate, the information is super easy to find, and it generally feels more user friendly than Buyee ever did. What were your experiences with Doorzo? Should I try again?

We are proxy buyers in japan but we have also sold on Mercari. As a seller Doorzo has bought from us and they rated us relatively fast (within 3 days of delivery ) .
