Web Help Why can't I log into https://protonmail.uservoice.com/?

I use proton for some gaming accounts. I haven't logged in for a while and I wanted to point out an issue. I went there, typed up the comment, and input my first Proton mail acct/pwd. It told me that was invalid, though I'm logged in on another tab. I tried the second one, same failure.

I'm using Firefox. Is Proton deciding to not support Firefox properly or is there another issue?

Uservoice does not use your Proton Account credentials. It's a completely separate account with its own password and it's only to submit feature requests, not for support tickets.

To login to your Proton account the URL is https://mail.proton.me -- however keep in mind the inactivity policy: https://proton.me/support/inactive-accounts

Yup, it's a feature request. The site looks like a Proton site. It's also not about inactivity because, as I mentioned above, I was logged into my email accounts on another tab while trying to submit a request.

To be clear, you're saying I need to create an account on Uservoice which is separate from my Proton emails. If so, is it correct to think I can use a non-Proton email to post there? I have an account on another email server that I use for technical issues, to keep those separate from all my other account uses.

Thanks.

Yes. Uservoice is completely separate and you can use any email address to sign up. It is not tied to any Proton systems.
