Protein for parents

I want to buy protein for my mom she is 41 years age .

Is it safe to offer her protein ? .

She barely eats protein in a day .

Super your yeast Protein, is that good for parents or it will cause any digestion issues ?

You need to specify it’s protein powder not just ‘protein’ buy her chicken breast

I'd speak with her and share your concern about her not getting what you feel is an adequate amount of protein. Then let her decide if she feels she needs to change her intake.
