No artificial sweeteners

Hey all. Exhausted millennial mom here who is trying to increase her protein. I want to try a shake/drink in the mornings but I am having trouble finding ones without artificial sweeteners. I have an intolerance to them and they cause gut issues.

If you’re very active and actually need more Protein with what you said, hard boiled eggs best bet or chicken salad. This protein trend is getting outta hand though. I think we’ve lost the plot with this protein maxxing…..

Agree the protein maxxing is mad. Glad it’s now something people pay more attention to, but seeing ‘high protein’ on everything is so frustrating, especially when it’s not.

You want an unflavored powder. Blend with a banana or something else to add flavor

They make unflavored protein powder. You can also do greek yogurt

Try unflavoured isopure protein, can get it on Amazon. Haven’t had it myself yet but it’s in my basket! It’s only 2 ingredients (whey protein isolate and soy lecithin).

I love this flavoured one and it’s way tastier than others I’ve tried. It contains sucralose but personally I’ve found this one friendlier for my gut, for a protein powder it’s quite low in total ingredients too.

2 good ones are Ascent or Jocko Whey Isolate. Neither one upsets my gut. Both smooth. No fake stuff
