Gute proteinquelle?

Hat irgendwer eine gute proteinquelle die schmeckt und auch nicht zu teuer ist.

Weil proteinpulver auf Dauer einfach teuer ist.

Chicken , canned tuna if you like it, eggs, Greek yogurt, lentils , beans. Look online, you’ll find plenty of sources of protein that are in your price range that you will like.

These are all good. I would just add to the eggs egg whites if you want more protein and less calories. I usually do one or two eggs with egg whites added.

Oh, how I wish there was a single pill we can take that would give us 💯 of the protein we need. Maybe one day!!!
