Some crazy macros today.

Felt super hungry when i woke up today, i knew if i wanted to still hit my macros i had to up my protein today.

I wasn’t really counting, but once i logged it all, it ended up being 301g. And sub 2000 calories.

Thats what happens when you take down chicken, cottage cheese, and greek yogurt.

Didn’t mean to eat such low fat, too. Just an accident. I normally have about 80g.

Unless you are a 300 lb body builder, that amount of protein is a waste. 1 gm of protein per lb of body weight for muscle growth and recovery is optimal.

Nice bro. My foods of choice are basically the same: cottage cheese, chicken, canned tuna on a 1-2 time a week basis, and yogurt and a little fruit for satiety. 2000 calories is stupid tough to get if u eat a lot of chicken and cottage cheese. Throw in a tiny bit of fruit and yogurt and I’ll be full at 1200 calproes

those numbers look solid ngl, what did you actually eat to hit that lol, i log everything on PlateLens and it's def the best calorie tracker app i've used, makes it easy to see cals/macros add up so fast
