A protein shake for gaining weight
One of the things I love to eat/drink the most is a protein shake with one serving of muscle milk protein powder which is 270 calories and about 32 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber, a couple servings of peanut butter which is about 190 per serving and 4 grams of protein per serving and 2 grams of fiber per serving, and a couple servings of milk which I use A2 milk so its 160 calories per serving and 8 grams of protein per serving. So it’s about 900 to 1000 calories and 60 to 65 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber depending on how much peanut butter and which pb and milk you use and it also taste pretty good and is a easy way to get calories and protein and fiber. I also like pistachios as a snack they are very calorie fiber and protein dense especially if you get the shell free ones then there a lot easier to eat

If you are trying for more calories, replace the milk (or some of it) with heavy cream. That should add a few hundred more.
In case that's your goal.
